Who do you partner with for construction projects?

It depends on the project. We have in-house teams for the most important work. Some timelines require us to use subcontractors. We may also bring in outside resources if you would like to use a material we don’t use often. We thoroughly vetted and work closely with our partners. Your home won’t be worked on by someone we don’t know and trust.

When can you start my project?

Start times depend on the project scope and our current schedule. Every project starts with a design phase . This usually starts within a few weeks of booking your inspection. Construction start times depend on design and permitting. From our first contact, we will help you understand the timeline.

What is the payment schedule for a construction project?

Our payment schedules work the same for home rebuilds and home remodels. During the proposal process, we will outline your project schedule. The project is structured as a series of milestones. Payments are only made after completion of milestones. This ensures you see progress between payments. Additionally, we don’t ask for unlimited draws. When we propose a project, our price is our price. You’ll only pay what you see on the proposal you sign. Typically, there are three payments: 1. A payment at project start, 2. A draw to start finishes, 3. A final payment after project completion.
