Depending on the city, this can take a few weeks. The city may require design revisions. If so, we will be clear about what is happening and why. You will be a part of any edits or changes. When the permits are approved, we begin construction. Adding to your home can be a major disruption. With a dedicated team and steady progress, we avoid leaving your project unfinished.
